TERMS OF TRADE

Saversoftware individually checks goods to confirm that they are in first-class condition and dispatches them by our chosen method of delivery. To ensure safe delivery we package the goods in protected strengthened Jiffy packing/Card Packaging. We endeavor to despatch goods within 5 days from receipt of payment. If, for whatever reason, this is not possible, we will advise you immediately. If you are not satisfied with your goods, you should notify us as soon as you receive them. We will ask you to pack them securely and return them to us, at your cost and risk, in their original condition, within 5 days, together with your original receipt and original packing and we will refund you. You should send your Proof of Return to us by separate mail. Any damage or discrepancy with the goods supplied must be notified to us in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected. We endeavor to respond to any complaints made with 5 working days.


HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

You can place an order at the Saversoftware Online Shop any time, day or night. First select a Product Category from the left hand menu or perform a quick search to view a brief description and thumbnail of the each of the products that we stock. If you would like to see a larger image and a detailed description of the product, you can do so by clicking on the product image or "More Details" button (below).

To add the product to your shopping basket, select the item that you would like to purchase and click the "add to cart button " (below).

You will now be taken directly to your shopping basket where any products that you have previously added in this session will be displayed. To continue shopping click the "continue" button. To complete your order, click "checkout". The next page will give you the option to retrieve your contact & delivery details if you have ordered from us before or register with Saversoftware. The next page displayed will show you the products that you have purchased, their costs, the cost of shipping the products and the total cost of your order. Fill in the required fields before submitting the form and choosing your preferred method if payment to complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email from both the payment provider (i.e. WorldPay or PayPal) and Saversoftware confirming your order details and receipt of payment.
